3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
A legally binding contract is concluded once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.
• You will receive an order acknowledgment upon purchase. This is not a confirmation.
• The contract becomes binding once you receive a shipping confirmation email.
• Your payment method is charged only after shipment.
Tekinoktay retains a copy of the agreement, available upon request. The online store is for private consumers only, not business customers.
Fair Use Policy
Tekinoktay reserves the right to limit or block purchases from customers with excessive returns or suspected fraudulent activity. Accounts may be deactivated without prior notice.
4. PRICES, TAXES AND DELIVERY
All prices include VAT and applicable taxes. The price listed at the time of order is the one that applies.
Price Adjustments
Prices may change due to tax changes, supply chain increases, or market conditions. Errors in pricing may be corrected without notice.
Some banks may charge fees for international transactions—these are not reimbursed by Fannyfanny ApS.

Express shipping is available (fees apply depending on location)
Fannyfanny ApS does not assist with VAT refunds for items exported outside the EU, including Click & Collect purchases.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and Debit Cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Apple Pay
• Klarna: Personal data may be shared with Klarna to assess eligibility
• PayPal: Secure payment via your PayPal account
• MobilePay: Available in supported countries
Payment Security
All payments are subject to validation and are processed through a PCI DSS-certified provider. Fannyfanny ApS does not store your card data.
6. DELIVERY DETAILS
Unless otherwise specified, the expected delivery time is:
• Standard Home Delivery: 2–5 business days
Delivery Options
• GLS / PostNord / UPS / DHL (parcel shop, home, or business addresses)
If an item is out of stock, the order will be canceled. All items in one order are usually shipped together unless otherwise indicated.
During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday), delivery may be delayed. Uncollected packages are returned after 7 days, and a EUR 50.00 handling fee may be applied.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must be of legal age or have consent from a guardian to make purchases. By placing an order, you create a customer account and are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.
If damage to goods is noticed upon delivery, please report it immediately. Damage reported after 14 days may not be eligible for compensation.
Accounts used in violation of these terms may be closed without warning.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To withdraw:
1. Notify us in writing at andre@tekinoktayperfumes.com
2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us
3. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused
If the seal is broken or the item is used, a full refund may not apply.
8.1 Refunds
You will be refunded the full purchase price (including standard shipping) within 14 days of notifying us, or once the returned goods are received.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Return shipping is at your own cost unless otherwise stated.

Include a copy of the order confirmation. Return shipping using our label incurs a EUR 5.00 – 55.00 fee, deducted from your refund.
8.3 Exclusions from Withdrawal
The following are not eligible for return:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Perishable goods
• Sealed hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics) once opened
• Tickets or event bookings
9. WARRANTY
All purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
You have a 2-month warranty against defects, provided the item was used as intended. If you discover an issue, contact us within a reasonable timeframe (within 2 months is always valid).
Email andre@tekinoktayperfumes.com with a photo and description of the defect. If approved, we will send a return label free of charge.
10. LIABILITY
Fannyfanny ApS is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier issues).
We are liable for product safety under Danish law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust for changes in tax, currency, or logistics.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All purchases made on www.tekinoktayperfumes.com/dk are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.
